- Hold regular open houses.
- Review marketing activities and strategy with the buyer.
- Weekly contact with the Seller with information regarding showings and buyer interest, which will also be provided and updated regularly on a personalized web page for you.
- Inform the Seller with recent sales as well as well as the market activity in Whistler on a weekly basis, this information will also be available on your personalized web page.
- Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis to establish fair market value by analyzing current comparable listings and recent sales.
- Your listing will appear on the Whistler Listing System (WLS).
- A Whistler Real Estate Company listing sign will appear on your property to further help advertise your property (Where available).
- Notify the top 100 agents in the lower mainland area of your listing.
- Open your house to the Tuesday Whistler Realtor property tour.
- Mail “Just Listed” postcards to all relevant homes in Whistler and all interested contacts outside of Whistler.
- Phone all potential buyers to discuss and offer your listing.
- Pre-qualify potential Buyers.
- Present and discuss all potential offers on property with you, while looking out for your best interest and bottom line.
- Negotiate all transactions with the Buyer’s agent on your behalf.
- Be onsite with the Buyer’s agent while all potential buyers are viewing your property, when possible.
