Phase 1 – Unrestricted owners’ use. Ownership is a straightforward ownership system in which you own a unit in a complex outright. These are generally one and two bedroom condo units found in “lodge” type buildings and one to four bedroom units found in “town home” type buildings. There are no restrictions on owner usage, but organized rental programs are available for those times when the owner is not using the unit.
