Quarter Ownership
Quarter Ownership – Unrestricted use for each of the four owners’ based on the rotation week(s) that they own, which allows use of one week per month. The rotation week depends on the week that the individual owner has purchased, every year the Christmas and New Years week rotates so that every fourth year an owner of _ share will have use of their condominium. These properties include Horstman House, Legends and Montebello II.
