Residential Zones
Residential Zones – Throughout most of Whistler the residential neighborhoods are zoned for “residential-use” only. Permitted uses include primary residence, residential tenancy rentals and personal recreational use. Residentially zoned property may not be rented for periods of less than 28 days, with a few exceptions for specially zoned single family homes.
